It works just like an exercise.

There is so much power in meditation that you can make your mind capable of making anything possible. Our minds become calm through meditation. The mind concentrates. It helps reduce our overthinking. Many people want to do something in their lives. Even though they have the ability to do that, they are unable to do anything because their mind keeps wandering from their goal. The most accurate solution for this is meditation.
